Exclusive Hospitality Group is under the culinary leadership of Award-Winning, Renowned Certified Executive Chef Quincy Drakeford, known throughout the industry as The King of Comfort Food™ & The Buffalo Wing Master®. Headlining venues from Chocolate City to Sin City, and Hollywood to Hell's Kitchen, Quincy Drakeford is a well respected culinary heavyweight and one of the most in demand chefs for special events & private functions amongst the elite.


A 20+ year veteran and formally trained at Le Cordon Bleu with a Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Management, Quincy Drakeford spearheads the Operation of our Private Clubhouses ensuring that the request of every guest is fulfilled. As a Contemporary Chef with a cuisine specialty in American, Cajun, Soul Food, Southern, Caribbean, & Italian, his cooking style is described as Soulful & Savory, Fresh & Flavorful, and Traditional yet Trendy. Chef Quincy Drakeford frequently headlines several of our Exclusive Events where the popular and the powerful come to enjoy the creative cuisine of the No-Nonsense Chef with an Uncompromising Standard of Service.

RODRIGO SANCHEZ ~ DIRECTOR of F&B

Rodrigo Sanchez is the Executive Sous Chef and Director of Food & Beverage for Exclusive Hospitality Group. He is a Certified Chef that graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts and has worked for Exclusive for 10 years. 

JESSICA JOHNSTON ~ CATERING DIRECTOR

Jessica Johnston is the Executive Pastry Chef and Director of Catering for Exclusive Hospitality Group. She is a 15 year veteran and is a Certified Pastry Chef that graduated from the Culinary Institute of America with a Degree in Baking & Pastry Arts.
