The ideal candidate can execute the following:
- Ability to lift a min of 50 pounds frequently and push/pull heavy equipment
2-5 Year Baking Experience for bakers
2 Years Mixing Experience
Familiar with bakery equipment
Possess basic math skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work efficiently with little or no supervision
Ability to delegate instructions to assistant bakers /production staff
Ability to clean with detail
Ability to maintain documents in order and perform baking duties
Gather ingredients as needed
Scaling ingredients for Production orders
Mix, make and bake product using recipes, cookie mixers and machines.
Manage/Oversee helpers in production and cleanup
Document batches completed with appropriate lot numbers
Comply with all GMP Regulation and Food Safety rules
Break down machines used/clean up the area
